We aim to deliver all orders with 14-28 days. This timeline can vary depending on size of order, special fabric requirements or current workloads.
Contract for the sale of goods which have been personalised and accepted cannot be cancelled if order has been processed. It is the clients responsibility to check all details are correct when submitting order. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, refunds or exchanges can only be offered provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit or faulty in any way. If there is a problem with your goods, please contact us. If returning items, return postage will not be covered.
All payments are currently listed in GBP. We accept cheques and bank transfer payments. Cheque are to be made payable to The Wine Napkin Company in pounds sterling.
